Don’t we all LOVE a good demo project, with before and after photos ?! This home previously was a 1980’s built rancher, and while the home had been remodeled and upgraded throughout the years, it lacked what the owners wanted in terms of space, layout and upgraded and modern features. The home was demolished, with the aid of Second Chance, preserving only portions of the basement foundation, and the homes great room with panoramic windows facing the 4 acres of wooded property. A new design was created with help from one of our local architects, Jonathan Rivera, and the home was rebuilt in less than 10 months time.
